Author: Police arrested a Beaver County man early Friday on charges he punched a woman in his Raccoon home and set the house on fire.
William Brocklebank, 29, knelt on Marcy Prosko, 28, and punched her several times Thursday night, said state police, who were called to investigate the dispute about 10:15 p.m. The victim fled the house and told police there were weapons inside the home, police said. Police said they spoke with Brocklebank on the phone and asked him to come out to meet with officers.
Brocklebank set the Shannon Road house on fire, then surrendered to authorities, police said. He was taken to the Beaver County Jail and will face aggravated assault and arson charges, police said.
