I just thought this was too funny not to share.  Matthew wanted to play Chutes & Ladders tonight but we realized we didn't have the little plastic pieces to make the people stand up straight, so we improvised. I turned my head for a moment and when I turned back around things had take a bad turn for Mr. Construction Worker

 

Missing Pieces Never Mean Good Things For Mr. Construction Worker

Maybe we should change the name to "Shoots and Ladders"
