		<title>Lose 10 pounds by Christmas</title>

I spent a good part of the day today at work with my pants unbuttoned. And that&#39;s just not right.</p>
<p>I was excited to exercise not because I wanted the workout, but because it meant changing into stretchy pants.&#160; And that&#39;s just not right.</p>
<p>I am exercising more than I have in years, and yet I&#39;ve gained weight.&#160; And that&#39;s just not right.</p>
<p><br />It&#39;s time to do something. Adding exercise to my week did not help the weight loss (and contrary to popular belief my pants are just as tight as ever, I&#39;m not &#34;firming up&#34;) so I think it&#39;s time to go on a diet. Or at least make a conscious effort to keep track of my food and watch what I eat.</p>
<p>I&#39;m thinking Weight Watchers is a good option, as always. I counted today and there are 10 weeks left until Christmas.</p>
<p>And we all know that one pound a week is a &#34;healthy&#34; weight loss.</p>
