OK, I'm just going to come out and say it – my pants are too tight. I spent a good part of the day today at work with my pants unbuttoned. And that's just not right.
I was excited to exercise not because I wanted the workout, but because it meant changing into stretchy pants. And that's just not right.
I am exercising more than I have in years, and yet I've gained weight. And that's just not right.
It's time to do something. Adding exercise to my week did not help the weight loss (and contrary to popular belief my pants are just as tight as ever, I'm not "firming up") so I think it's time to go on a diet. Or at least make a conscious effort to keep track of my food and watch what I eat.
I'm thinking Weight Watchers is a good option, as always. I counted today and there are 10 weeks left until Christmas.
And we all know that one pound a week is a "healthy" weight loss.
So I'm going to try and lose 10 pounds before Christmas.
I need cheerleaders and friends to do it with me. I'm weak.
